Territory & Exclusivity
Will I have exclusive rights to sell Peter-Patter in my city?
Tier 1 partners (€2,000+/order) receive soft territory protection—we won't actively recruit competing stores within 2km radius for 6 months. Hard exclusivity (city-wide) requires monthly minimum orders of €5,000+ and 3-month performance reviews.
Can I sell Peter-Patter online?
B2B partners are encouraged to sell via their own brick-and-mortar stores. E-commerce rights are granted case-by-case to prevent price undercutting. Amazon and marketplace selling require separate authorization.
Samples & Returns
Can I order samples before committing to bulk?
Yes. Sample sets (6 core pieces) are available at wholesale price + shipping. Sample cost is credited against your first bulk order (€1,000+). Note: Samples follow the same 6-week timeline as bulk orders (we don't hold stock—everything is fresh production).
What is your quality guarantee?
We offer 3% spare parts (extra pieces) with every order to cover potential defects. For manufacturing errors beyond this, we provide credit notes or replacements in your next shipment. Partners must report defects within 14 days of receipt.
Logistics & Payment
What is your delivery timeline?
Standard delivery is 6 weeks from order confirmation and 50% deposit receipt. This includes production, quality control, and shipping to Spain. Rush orders (4 weeks) available for Tier 1 partners with 15% surcharge.
What are your payment terms?
50/50 structure: 50% deposit to confirm order, remaining 50% due before shipment. We accept wire transfer and secure escrow for first-time partners.
Do prices include shipping and customs?
Our wholesale prices are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Shipping, insurance, and EU import duties are included. The goods will be delivered to your store.

Are your products compliant with EU standards?
Yes. All Peter-Patter apparel meets EU REACH standards for chemical safety and OEKO-TEX® requirements for skin-friendly materials. Our fabrics undergo rigorous testing for colorfastness, shrinkage, and durability.
Do you offer size customization?
Currently, we offer standard EU sizing (S-3XL) with detailed size charts. For Tier 1 partners (€2,000+ orders), we accommodate minor fit adjustments based on regional body type data.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We offer flexible entry points: Trial Order: €1,000 minimum (approx. 50-80 pieces mixed SKUs), Tier 2 Partner: €1,000-€1,999 per order, Tier 1 Partner: €2,000+ per order (unlocks priority KOL allocation and exclusive territory protection)
What are the specific quantity requirements per style/color?
Per style: minimum 50 pieces total. Within that: minimum 25 pieces per color. Mixed sizes allowed (no minimum per size). This ensures viable production without overwhelming your inventory.
How do I become a Peter-Patter retail partner?
Simply email us at info@peter-patter.com with your business profile. We review applications within 48 hours. Approved partners receive access to our B2B portal, wholesale lookbooks, and marketing assets.
KOL Marketing Alliance
How does the '20-Store Alliance' KOL cost-sharing work?
Once we reach 3 partner stores, we activate the KOL marketing pool. Each store contributes to a centralized fund (Tier 1: €200, Tier 2: €150 monthly). We then contract regional Padel influencers to create content featuring all participating stores, driving traffic to your physical locations.
Can I choose which KOL represents my store?
We offer 'soft exclusivity'—KOLs won't promote competing Padel apparel brands during our campaign period. However, KOL selection is curated by our marketing team based on follower demographics matching your store location (local vs. national reach).
What if we don't reach 20 stores in my region?
Marketing activates at 3 stores minimum. Fewer stores means higher per-store contribution but more concentrated exposure. We use a sliding scale: 3-5 stores (premium local KOLs), 6-10 stores (regional micro-influencers), 11+ stores (national Padel personalities).
