Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 7–10 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local carriers, public holidays, or seasonal shipping volumes.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. No additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period or appears to be lost, please email info@peter-patter.com with your order number.
We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate solution. Please report any suspected loss promptly, ideally within 7 days after the estimated delivery date. This reporting timeframe does not limit your statutory rights.
